ENCO, by increasing its R&D shares each year, aims to sustain its developments in this area by increasing its efficient and equipped manpower. It conducts new plans to enrich its existing R&D experience and accumulation by participating in the works conducted with universities and research centres and in the national-international research-development cooperations, and arranges its strategies in this regard. Additionally, by disseminating its R&D culture to the whole corporation, it aims to ensure its dissemination.

Project Description

Control and Audition Process to Authorized Liability Certificate (YYS) by increasing them. 

Project Detail

Topic of the project consists of the integration of necessary terms required for Authorized Liability Certificate (YYS) which is an international status offering international privileges and ease in customs works for the reliable corporations who meet the customs requirements and other requirements, into ENCO system.  

Under the scope of the project, works have been conducted to reconciliate with both existing applications and changing directives as well as having a systematic monitoring and business development discipline. 

With the works conducted under the scope of the project are regulating the entry exit recording system, improving security and safety standards, ensuring the storage and office works are technological and systematical, consists of the inovative nature and R&D quality of the project. 

As a result of the successful completion of the project, ENCO has earned YYS certificate by proving its reliability in the market. Decrease in process costs, increase in competition force, ease of use of the privileges in the countries where the certificate is valid, increase of cooperation with suppliers and opportunities, minimizing all discrepancies which may arise during deliveries, are included in expected outcomes and benefits of the project.

Project Description

Creation of Integrated Barcode Systems to be used in Control and Monitoring

Project Detail

Topic of the project consists of creation of integrated barcode system to be used during logistics operations of textile products. 

With the barcode system created with the project, it was aimed to conduct entrance to storage by placing barcode labels to rolls which have been cut in the identified dimensions for correct tone correlation and to ensure that they have been automatically assigned to correct type of vehicles by different labels placed on different sized rolls. 

Following works are conducted under the scope of the project: 

  • Primarily the deliveries of the fabrics of which tone codes and dimensions have been stated by the manufacturer corporation, to the storages. In order to ensure correct delivery of the recieved fabrics to the customers, original codes have been provided via hand terminals for each fabric rolls. Then, these roles are seperated according to their classes.  
  • Rolls seperated according to their classes are stored in different locations. Customers states the product it requires to ENCO via ENCO Portal. It is aimed to conduct automatical loading of the orders to correct type of vehicles according to their dimensions and colour tones.  

Expected outcomes and benefits of the Project: 

  • Ensuring efficient use of storage spaces by storing the same coloured fabrics in a single location, 
  • Ensuring that the fabrics which are accepted and registered to storage with barcode system are not lost and disorder between products is prevented, 
  • Ensure time saving during loading for the products which have been stored in different groups prior to loading, 
  • Decrease of workmanship costs, increase of efficiency and profit are included in expected outcomes and benefits of the project.

Monitoring of Quality Control Process

Project Detail

  • The topic of the project consists of conducting quality control processes before all textile products are delivered to final users, in textile logistics. 
  • Under the scope of the project, it is aimed to conduct final quality controls before the products are delivered to final users. ENCO; with its project works, aims to maximize customer satisfaction by increasing its activities in the industry and to support customers and in quality control processes with its improved experience. 
  • For the quality control processes stated in ENCO storages; just prior to starting exportation phase from production phase, works are conducted to control the compliance of the products to customer directives and designated international standards. 

Expected outcomes and benefits of the Project: 

  • Delivery of the products to the customer with their controls are conducted prior to exportation phase, 
  • Re-packaging and correct organization of the producst which have been subjected to tests in the storage, 
  • Identifying uncontrolled products and parties and taking necessary actions prior to exportation, are included in the outcomes and benefits of the project.

  • Tekstil lojistiğinde, tüm tekstil ürünlerinin nihai alıcı ile buluşmadan önce kalite kontrol süreçlerinin yürütülmesi projenin konusunu oluşturmaktadır.
  • Proje kapsamında,  ürünlerin nihai alıcıya ulaştırılmadan önce son kalite kontrolleri yapılması hedeflenmektedir. ENCO; proje çalışmaları ile sektördeki faaliyetlerini arttırarak, müşteri memnuniyetini en uç noktaya taşımak ve bu bağlamda gelişmiş tecrübesi ile kalite kontrol süreçlerinde de müşterilerine destek vermeyi amaçlamaktadır.
  • ENCO depolarında başlatılan kalite kontrol sürecinde; üretim aşamasından ihracat aşamasına geçmeden hemen önce ürünlerin alıcı talimatlarına ve belirlenen uluslararası standartlara uygunluklarının kontrol edilmesi için çalışmalar yürütülmüştür.

Tekstil Lojistiğinde Kalite Kontrol Süreçlerinin Takibi

Proje Detayı

Tekstil ürünlerinin lojistik faaliyetlerinde kullanılmak üzere barkod sisteminin oluşturulması projenin konusunu oluşturmaktadır.

Proje kapsamında oluşturulacak barkod sistemi ile doğru ton uyumu için tanımlı ebatlarda kesilen rulolara barkod etiketleri yerleştirilerek depoya girişlerin yapılması,   ardından farklı ebatlı rulolara tanımlanan farklı barkodlarla beraber sistemden otomatik olarak uygun tip araçlara atanmalarının sağlanması hedeflenmiştir.

Proje kapsamında aşağıdaki çalışmalar yapılmıştır:

  • Üretici firma tarafından ton kodlamaları ve ölçüleri belirtilen kumaşların öncelikle depolara sevkiyatı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gelen kumaşların üreticiye doğru şekilde ulaştırılması adına, her bir kumaş rulosu için el terminalleri ile yeniden özgün kodlar tanımlanmıştır. Ardından bu kodlara göre rulolar sınıflara ayrılmıştır. 
  • Sınıflara ayrılan rulolar farklı yerlerde depolanmaktadır. Müşteri depodan ihtiyaç duyduğu ürünü ENCO Portal aracılığı ile ENCO’ya bildirmektedir. Portal üzerinden gelen siparişler, otomatik bir şekilde boyutlarına ve renk tonlarına istinaden uygun tip araçlara yüklenmesi planlanmaktadır.

Ensuring High Efficiency in Operational Processes by Increasing the Usage Capacity

Project Detail

Under the scope of the project, it is aimed to increase the usage capacity of Logistics and Transportation Management Software which has a 5-10% usage capacity in the corporation and allows integrated management of all operational business processes in the corporation as well as parametric and flexible database structure, by using algorithm methods such as agile, waterfall, spiral, to a higher efficiency and usage capacity concerning innovative-software integration needs.   

For the works conducted under the scope of the project, it is aimed to conduct works of identifying new work types depending on needs, reporting employee performances, stock management optimization, increasing the control of business process, statistical analysis and visuals, creating the atmosphere which makes the data usable to use machiner learning models based on artificial intelligence, identifying risks which may arise in the prospective programs and taking measurements beforehand, developing a user friendly interface, optimization works which minimize the costs and duration in operational areas, with the developed software. With these works, it is aimed to enable maximum potential for the adaptation and flexibility of the used software, with technological activities and improvements. 

 

  • Innovative Side of the Project and It’s R&D Quality: Software languages and structure which will be used in the increasing the efficiency and capacity of th existing software, will consists of new technological softwares and structures which are not mainly used by its rivals in the market. Methods identified in this phase, since work processes are based on controlled integration, it will be ensured that the information comes from a single spot and stops by the relevant location. These methods create the innovative side of the project. 

Expected Outcomes and Benefits of the Project: In order for the project to be considered successful, it is expected from it to decrease the adaptation process for flexible and dynamic working conditions. Results arising from the completion of the project will enable the work quality of the existing software by increaseing in corporate efficiency and capacity and decrease the external dependency of the software.

Project Description

Ensuring Process Optimization by Using Innovative Methods

Project Detail

General purpose of the project; under the scope of ENCO R&D Centre, with the purpose of ensuring necessary order and discipline in importation, exportation and storage units of land, air and sea departments, is to conduct improvements and efficiency increases in performance and processes by using RFID, GPS, M2M technologies and solutions such as ERP, OMS, EDI, Web Services and Web Api. 

Under the scope of the project, business process – period models will be planned by the personnel of R&D Centre for the exportation, importation and storage units of corporations, as a result of this planning, this process efficiency will be transferred to a software program. With the software to be developed, it is aimed to increase software efficiency and ensure active process management. Under the scope of the project; with the software to be developed by ENCO R&D Centre, all transportation processes will be able to be monitored in an updated fashion, received orders will be able to be planned and managed optimally.  With this sytem, instant details of all customer loads (location, estimated delivery time, vehicle information, etc.) will be able to be monitored.  

 

Innovative Side of the Project and It’s R&D Quality  

  • As a result of successful completion of the project, it is aimed to actualise the sales marketing activities of the software to be developed, ito ncrease in its market share and the employment of workforce and to contribute to the economy of the country.  Work Processes Management Software to be developed under the scope of the Project, will be actively used to regulate and control work flows in the corporation. Additionally, especially for the global market, it is aimed to be sold in both domestic and foreign markets.  
  • With the outcome which will be received according to the proposed project activities, to be used by ENCO, it is possible to increase the capacity of the corporation, to decrease costs, to increase service quality and since customer satisfaction will be ensured by such matters, to differentiated ENCO from many other corporations in the industry and increase its preferrability against its international rivals. Project Description

E-Commerce Integration and Innovative Storage Solutions Application

Project Detail

  • Under the scope of the project, ENCO aims to actualise exact and perfect delivery of the ordered product with correct order amount, correct time and to correct persons. 
  • In order to meet the of E-commerce corporation’s and entrepreneur’s need of a system from which they can conduct storage, logistics, supply, cargo, delivery, packaging and transmissions, ENCO R&D Centre has started this project.  Under the scope of the project, ENCO aims to actualise exact and perfect delivery of the ordered product with correct order amount, correct time and to correct persons. 
  • Under the scope of the proejct, customers who are conducting shop retails sales and using their webpages as important sales channel, will conduct these processes from a single storage system and therefore ensure cost and time savings. Products of the customers who are included in the system, will be received from their addresses and stored in the storage of ENCO R&D Centre. Different goods collected from suppliers, by being transferred to ENCO storages, will be filtered bsaed on products and the processes will be started by stocking these products. E-commerce webpages or sales systems with which customers conduct their sales, will be integrated with the software to be developed under the scope of the project. Therefore, orders received from webpages will automatically be reflected R&D Centre’s software and order provision process will begin.  

Orders palced by the customer using electronical means, will be evaluted by the management system by which the whole flow is controlled and managed. After the order is approved, steps such as placing work order, preparing the product or products from the relevant shelf in the storage to conveyors, conducting loading operations and transferring it to final user by notifying the centre will be conducted. Additionally, in consideration with the customer satisfaction, process after the product is delivered will be monitored. Under this scope, ENCO will be conducting return process on behalf of the customer as well.

Innovative Side of the Project and It’s R&D Quality 

  • ENCO aims to make all of these processes monitored and traced from the system. In this regard, marketplace integration for E-commerce systems will be conducted. In the distribution centres which will be established, by examining the order data of the customers during the process, with models which will be created by using machine learning algorithms, stock-order optimization for the clients will be ensured and stocking process will be continued with automation, therefore savings from cost and time will be ensured. Therefore, it is aimed to propose a value evaluation for the corporations who cannot adequately manage their own cargo processes. 
  • With the project, a structure which will enable transparent and momentary monitoring of all the processes from orders of products to delivery, will be developed. Thanks to M2M communications network which will be used during the optimization of the process, problems which may arise in any part of delivery process will be swiftly identified and delays will be minimized. These methods create the innovative side of the project. 

Expected outcomes and benefits of the Project: 

  • Since stock and cost data will be in electronical environment, supplier corporation will not have to make stocks. They will be able to easily access information such as how many products they have in stocks and how many products they sold. 
  • It will be allowed for the supplier to create a digital sales location online without requiring a large office. 
  • Corporations will have a low cost platform from which they can sell their products, they can access detailed information about their products any time. 
  • They will have a high chance of finding new customers not only in the region they are active, but also in Turkey as a whole and around the world.

The topic of the project consists of creation of an internal control and audition system with the purposes of ensuring regular and efficient actualisation of business operations in correlation with corporate policies, protection of assets, identification and prevention of errors and deceits. 

Under the scope of the project, with the purposes of of ensuring regular and efficient actualisation of business operations in correlation with corporate policies, protection of assets, identification and prevention of errors and deceits, by using Asp Net, MVC and data bases such as MS SQL as well as Java script, CSS, Jquery, Ajax programs together with innovative software solutions, it is aimed to designate separate control lists for human resources, data handling, finance, accounting, comple security and storage units and further creation of internal control titles by dividing them inside the departments and processing them from epagoge method. 

Innovative Side of the Project and It’s R&D Quality 

As a result of the successful completion of activities, new product and process quality will be contributed to the corporation and it is aimed to decrease corporate costs, increase efficiency and improve service quality and standards. It is estimated that in the future, project itself can crate new control and audition models and transform into a new R&D project. Project  

As a result of all these works, it is aimed to protect the sustainability of YSS (Authorized Liability Certificate) and ISO certificates, to increase rate of profit by listing and eliminating all penal processes the corporation had to incur for any reason, to protect existing customers and gaining new ones by maximizing the customer satisfaction, to increase the activity and efficiency of the operation, to downgrade the major error risks to minor error risk and to completely eliminate the relevant error risks.
